1.       Where are you located and ship from?

We are located in Nixa, MO (the middle of everywhere!).  Being centrally located in the US helps us ship FAST!

2.       How long does it take to get my package?

We ship all of our orders same or next business day!  That means that most customers will receive their shipment within 2-4 days, although for some customers on the coasts or in rural areas, it may take another couple days.

3.       How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated upon checkout OR you can use “flat rate standard shipping.”  The flat rate standard shipping price is set based on our actual cost and does not go up if you order more!   You can also upgrade to Priority or Express shipping if you desire.

4.       What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

5.       Do your outfits run true to size?

Since every manufacturer is a little different with their sizing, we compare all our items to name brand kids clothing and adjust our sizing as appropriate so that our sizes run true and are consistent.  In the event that an item doesn’t run true, we make sure to note that in the product’s description!  Please refer to our standard size chart.

6.       Do your “Mom” sizes also run true to size?

For the most part, they run true, but since sizes and styles vary greatly, we include the measurements for our Mom sizes in the product descriptions.  Be sure to check out the measurements before you order to make sure it’s the fit you want!

7.       You’re out of the item or size that I want…will you restock?

All of our outfits are limited release by season so we do not restock items.  We may get similar styles or even the same pattern on another outfit, but the only time we may restock an exact item is if that item is available again the next year.  For the majority of our outfits, once we run out, that's it!   For accessories like hair bows and tutus, we can restock common colors.

8.       What is your Return or Exchange Policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund within 30 days from your order date (15 days on Holiday items). Products must be in the condition you received them.  To keep our pricing affordable, you are responsible for the shipping charges to return product.  To start a return, log on to your account, locate the order and click “view details” then “add new RMA.”  Follow the directions to be issued an RMA and return your item to us. 

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.  We do not offer an exchange policy, order will be refunded to your account and will need to be repurchased through our website.  If you would like to exchange an item (swap sizes, etc) the best course of action is to go ahead & purchase the item you want, send back the item you don't want & we will issue a prompt refund upon receipt of the returned item and you don't have to wait for the new item to be sent. (& make sure we still have the size you want).

Items returned after 30 days (15 days Holiday items) or without an RMA will not be accepted.

9.       Where are your products made?

Most of our manufactures are overseas and we use a variety of different suppliers located in Canada, Asia, and South America.  We have all of our items shipped to us in the US where we inspect them for quality and adjust for sizing consistency. 

10.   Do you do pre-orders?

Generally, all of our items are in-stock and ready to ship.  Occasionally, we will list some pre-orders if we have items confirmed but not yet received.  Those items are clearly marked “pre-order” and customers agree to wait until the item is in stock before we ship out their order (2-4 weeks). 

11.   Can I get a discount for buying in bulk?

On some accessories and other items, we offer no hassle bulk discounts when buy multiple quantities of the same item (usually a minimum of either 6 or 12 per item).  Discounts are listed on the product pages and are taken automatically at checkout. 

12.   Do you sell Wholesale?

Many of our outfits and items are already priced at Wholesale Prices!  Additionally, we offer Wholesale Accounts to business owners for resale.  You must register for a wholesale account on our website and provide your business information, including your tax ID number and a copy of your state tax ID registration.  Wholesale accounts are eligible for wholesale pricing on all our items.   See our Wholesale Accounts page for more info.

13.   Do you Dropship?

We will dropship your order to someone else.  Please see our drop shipping page for more info.
